I have a weakness for leather covered button berets and in this case it pairs well with my weakness for custom leather camellias.  One of my favorite millinery tricks is utilizing M&S Schmalberg in NYC.  They are an amazing family owned company that will custom make flowers from just about anything you can send them.  They are also the nicest people to work with.  This robin's egg blue fascinator takes a whimsical turn with (peak closer) miniature perfume bottles.  A really special piece and one of one.  The hat stays on the head with a small elastic that goes under your hair at the back.
